Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Onion big 1
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. corriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Carrom seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Jeera 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tbsp
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut onion vertically
  2. Apply salt and set aside for 15 min
  3. Drain the water
  4. Add carrom seeds, jeera,turmeric powder, chopped corriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies and besan and mix well
  5. Add a spoon of water if too dry
  6. Take small portions of the mixture and deep fry in oil on a low medium flame till golden brown
