Ingredients Serving: 8
For 8 Baklava Rolls, 2 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 cup extra for dusting
1 and 1/2 tbsp butter chilled
1/4 cup chilled Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
1 tbsp Hershey's Cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
For Filling, 1 cup almond
1 cup walnuts
1/2cup fresh cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup milk chocolate
For Caramel sauce, 1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tbsp Butter
1 cup Harshey's Caramel syrup
1/4 cup water
Silver warq and few chopped pistachio for garnish
Instructions
Keep the Hershey's syrup in fridge to chilled
Now take all purpose flour,salt, Hershey's Cocoa powder in a mixing bowl
Add chilled Hershey's Choco syrup, butter and vinegar in this
Mix all to till crumbly
Now add chilled water as required and make semi hard dough of this, when done keep this in fridge for 1/2 an hour
For filling, roast the almond and walnuts on low flame,and coarsely crushed it in mixer jar,when done left out and keep aside for next step
For Molten,take fresh cream in a pan and only heat (not boil) this, and add dark and milk chocolate in this and mix well till chocolate completely dissolve,when done keep this also in fridge for set
After all preparation take out Baklava dough from fridge and make same size balls of this
Now dust the platform with flour and roll one ball as thin as possible,
Now spread the chilled chocolate mixture on the base and sprinkle crushed almond and walnuts over this
Now roll this tightly
For giving shape, press the roll inside from both corner
Make all rolls like this
Now greese the butter on every roll and bake in preheated oven at 180* for 35 to 40 minutes or till crisp
For Caramel sauce, add Hershey's Caramel syrup in water and mix well
Now melt butter in a pan and add all purpose flour and roast
Now add water and Hershey syrup in butter mixture and mix well no lumps remain
When Baklava and Caramel sauce done, pour the sauce over the baked baklava
Garnish with some chopped pistachio and silver warq, Now Molten Choco Baklava is ready to serve
