Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup sieved corn flour
  2. 1/2 cup Hershey's chocolate syrup- adjust
  3. 2 tbsp Hershey's cocoa powder
  4. 5-6 tbsp Ghee
  5. 1/2 cup Sugar
  6. 2 Cups Water
  7. 1/2 cup Milk
  8. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)
  9. 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  10. 3-4 tbsp chopped nuts to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add flour and cocoa powder. Mix well
  2. Add 1 cup water and milk. Whisk until lump free. Keep it aside
  3. Heat 1 cup water in a pan
  4. Add Chocolate syrup, sugar and mix well
  5. Stir corn slurry again and then add into pan. Mix well until lump free
  6. Keep stirring until it starts thickening
  7. Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well until absorbed
  8. Now again 1 tbsp ghee and mix well. Repeat this procedure 4-5 times
  9. Add cardamom and nuts. Mix well
  10. Cook until mixture resembles lump
  11. Pour the mixture into Greased dish and level evenly. I have added parchment paper for ease
  12. Garnish with nuts. Set for 2 hours
  13. Slice into desired shape. Store in airtight container
