ABOUT Eggless White Bread RECIPE

Bread baked at home using refined flour.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 tbsp instant yeast
  2. 3 tbsp sugar
  3. 2 cups warm water
  4. 2 tsp Salt
  5. 2 cups refined flour

Instructions

  1. Add together the yeast and sugar and pour 2 cups warm water.
  2. Leave aside for few minutes. Or until the yeast reacts.
  3. Add salt and add flour into the yeast mixture gradually and keep stirring.
  4. Make a fine dough. Dust the knead surface and place the dough. Using your palm push down the dough and knead, push down, knead and do until you wish and leave aside for 1 hour.
  5. Make sure to cover the dough then you give it time to rise up.
  6. Take the dough, push down and knead again the same way.
  7. Next, roll the dough into loaf shape. Pinch and close down on either sides and the down side as well by folding tight.
  8. Grease the baking vessel and place the dough inside it and cover again and let it set for 2 hour.
  9. Preheat the oven at 250 deg C and bake the bread for 30 minutes or until the bread taps hollow sound when knocked on it.
