Rasgulla is bengali sweet and almost favorite of everyone,mine too, I always wanted to try these baked rasgullas, I tried and they really turned yum,friends do try this version

process of rasgulla
boil milk and cool completely
seive it and again keep for boiling
as it starts boiling add lemon juice
stir it,You will notice milk starts curdling
switch off flame
seive curdled milk in muslin cloth
throw away the whey
wash the paneer with cold water
squeeze out extra water
open cloth and remove paneer in plate
mash it with your palm for 6-7 minutes till it turns soft like dough
now mix sugar and water and keep for boiling
make small crackfree balls of paneer
as soon as sugar and water starts boiling add paneer balls
cover with lid and boil for 15 minutes on high flame and 5 minutes low flame
switch off the flame
cool down completely for 1 hour
now we will make process of baking
preheat oven on 160 degrees for 10 minutes
in grinder jar add condensed milk
add paneer
add milk and Hersheys syrup
add cornflour
blend it till everything incorporates
squeeze rasgullas and place in baking dish
pour blended liquid over it
drizzle chocolate syrup over it
top with pistachio flakes
bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes
garnish with some rose petals
serve warm or chilled
