Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Murmura four big cups
  2. puthana (dalia) half cup
  3. few garlic pods
  4. grated dry coconut quarter cup
  5. salt
  6. chopped onions
  7. tamarind or lemon juice
  8. slit green chillies
  9. turmeric
  10. oil salt jeera for tadka
  11. coriander and tomatoes for garnish

Instructions

  1. take puthana, garlic and grated dry coconut and
  2. grind to coarse powder
  3. soak murmura in water for half minute and squeeze out water
  4. add the ground powder and salt and mix
  5. make tadka with oil, mustard , jeera turmeric and green chillies
  6. add chopped onion , murmura mixture, tamarind or lemon juice and keep on sim for three minutes
  7. dish out and garnish
