ABOUT Multi millets dosa RECIPE

Millets are very healthy for our health, it's easy to digest, and it's totally gluten free dish, I have used here quinoa, kodo millet oats and urad daal so diabetes patient can also have this Dosa without any sugar levels tension.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup quinoa
  2. 1 cup kodo millet
  3. 1/2 cup oats
  4. 1/2 urad daal ( black gram daal)
  5. 1/2 cup curd
  6. 1 tbsp oil
  7. 1 tsp mustard seed
  8. 8-10 chopped curry leaves
  9. Chopped coriander leaves
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pinch of hing

Instructions

  1. Take quinoa, kodo millet, urad daal in one bowl ,
  2. Wash with water. Add oats and soak in water for 3-4 hours
  3. Aftr 3-4 hours quinoa ,kodo millet and dad become soft
  4. Make fine paste in mixcher and prepare better like Dosa better
  5. Now add tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves and corriander leaves too, add salt to taste and mix well
  6. Make thin dosa on non stick tawa
  7. turn When It's become a brown on back side,for cone shape cut into between and fold round.
  8. yummy multi millet dosa is ready to eat with coconut chutney
