ABOUT Motichoor diyas RECIPE

I have made this diyas with sweet boondi and filled sitafal rabdi in it.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. (Besan) cheek pea flour...1cup
  2. Sugar....1cup
  3. Oil ...for bundi frying
  4. Sitafal Rabdi...1 cup
  5. Yellow colour....pinch
  6. Dry fruit...1 tbspoon
  7. Wirk.. for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a pan make a thin batter from besan and water
  2. In another pan ad sugar and water and put it on flame
  3. Make one string syrup.
  4. Now make bundi with small whole spoon or jhara.
  5. As it fried put it in sugar syrup
  6. Dip it for 5 minutes
  7. Take out bundi and mash it.
  8. Make diyaa from it.as shown in the pic
  9. Ad one stick of almond at the point of diya.
  10. Now fill sitafal rabdi in diyas
  11. Ad some dry fruits on it
  12. And moti chur diyaa are ready.
