it is a quick snacks recepie with very less oil
take besan along with turmeric powder, garam masala powder , red chilli powder, and salt. mix all dry ingredients very well.
make a smooth paste adding water gradually. take the mixture in a ketchup bottle.
fry onion till golden brown, boil some potatoes
mash the potatoes along with fried onion, salt, crushed black pepper, jeera powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves .
make small rolls from the potato mixture
heat a tawa and drizzle some oil. put the besan mix randomly on hot tawa in a net pattern. cover and cook for few minutes.
put one potato roll on it
cover it from all side and fry a little.
serve net rolls with your choice of sauce
