Muthiya is made up of one flore i use to do more than one multi flores along with vegetable flavour muthiya

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1cup raagi flore
  2. 1/2cup Chick pea flore besn
  3. 1cup bajra (millet flore)
  4. 1/2cup chaval flore(rice flore)
  5. 1cup purpose flore
  6. 1cup chopped cabbage
  7. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  8. 1/2tsp daniya powder
  9. 1tsp salt
  10. 1/2tsp chilli powder
  11. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  12. Half cup curd
  13. 1tsp jeera
  14. 4green chillies
  15. Half cup coriander
  16. 2tsp oil
  17. 2tsp sesamon seeds

Instructions

  1. Arrange all flore in the hand plate
  2. Add salt,chilli powder,cabbge in a plate
  3. Add curd to make doe
  4. Divide into 4 equal Portion s
  5. Steam at 15 min in a steamer
  6. Heat the other pan add oil and seasoning
  7. Take out steamed muthi ya cut small circle shape
  8. Put into tadakathen spices , coriander mix well
  9. Take out the plate garnish with coriander
