ABOUT Chinese Veg Bullets RECIPE

These Crispy Vegetable Bullets is a delicious starter or an appetizer.. Easy to make, these cylindrical type of fritters are one of its kind.. Having a beautiful combination of carrots and some seasonings makes this a divine snack to start. These veg carrot croquettes are amazing as it is! Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Grated Carrot 1 cup
  2. Grated cabbage 1 cup
  3. Maida 5 ~6 tbsp
  4. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  7. Ajinomotto 1 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Red food color 1 pinch
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add grated carrot and cabbage
  2. Then add salt, pepper, red chilli powder
  3. Add Garam masala , ajinomotto, food color and mix it well
  4. Mix it with little water
  5. And make a dough
  6. Do not use much water
  7. On a board apply some oil
  8. And spread the mixture
  9. Make finger size bullets
  10. In a kadai ,add oil and let it be hot
  11. Then add bullets and deep fry for 5 ~7 min
  12. When done keep aside
  13. Once all mixture done , again fry them for anotger 2 ~3 min
  14. Serve hot with little chat masala on it
  15. You can serve it with green chutney or ketchup
