Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana - 1 cup
  2. Boiled potato - 2
  3. Roasted peanuts - 2 tsp
  4. Green chilly - 2
  5. Green coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  6. Pudina leaves - 1 tbsp
  7. Sendha namak - to taste
  8. Tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
  9. Thick curd - 1/2 cup
  10. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Rock salt - 1/2 tsp
  13. Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
  14. Pomegranate seeds - for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana for two hours.
  2. To make a powder of roasted peanuts
  3. Add boiled n mashed potato,green coriander leaves,green chilly,grated ginger,pudina leaves,sendha salt and roasted peanuts powder and mix well.
  4. To make a vada shape and deep fry in hot oil until golden n crispy
  5. Take a bowl and place the sabudana vada
  6. Add beaten curd,sprinkle rock salt,red chilly powder,roasted cumin seeds powder and tamarind chutney.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
