Green dal ata ladoo is a very tasty sweet.
Deliciously amazing!
Dry roast the dal on low flame till nice golden brown keep aside to cool completely.
For bura sugar- Take 0ne cup sugar and 1/4 cup water in a non stick pan n heat sturing continuously. When it bubbles up n start forming sugar on side turn off the flame and keep stiring continuously to cool. it will start drying and forming nice white powder keep stiring and breaking lumps transfer to a plate and when it reaches room temperature grind in mixer jar if any lumps . *You can always use ready Bura .
Can also use normal or also brown powdered sugar . But bura sugar tastes better.
Grind the dal to fine atta.
In a bowl add atta sugar and ghee little by little and keep mixing when it forms ladoo stop adding ghee.
Add elaich powder kesar and nuts mix well and form ladoos. Thus measurement will give you lemon size 15 ladoos.
