Khichu is gujarati dish made from rice flour. I just stuffed vegies init to make more healthy. Taste is awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. **Ingredients for khichu :
  2. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Roasted chana dal powder - 1/4 cup
  4. Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
  5. Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  6. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water - 2 cup
  9. Ingredients for stuffing :
  10. Chopped veggies like carrot , capsicum , onion , cabbage - 1/4 cup
  11. Schezwan chutney - 1 tbsp
  12. Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
  13. Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan take water and add green chilli paste , sesame seeds , cumin seeds and salt. Bring it to boil.
  2. When water comes to boil add rice flour and roasted chana dal powder in small batches.
  3. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes on slow to medium flame then transfer it to the plate.
  4. In a bowl take all the ingredients for stuffing and mix it well.
  5. Make small balls from rice flour dough . Now make small puri from it add veggies and give shape of bullets.
  6. Deep fry all the bullets.
  7. Serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
