Dolma is a middle eastern delicacy. It is very healthy , steamed dish. Basically it is made with beef but here i made it with soya granules and with loads of vegetables. I added home made marinara sauce in the stuffing ,which gives it spicy and tangy taste too .

Blanch tomatoes
Peel tomatoes
Grind them in the grinder and make a smooth puree and keep aside
Add olive oil in a thick bottom pan
Add onion and Saute them
Add garlic ,soute them
Now add pureed tomatoes , tomato puree tomato sauce and cook for 5 to 6 minutes .
Add oregano ,chilli flakes and salt .
Cook for 10 minutes on low flame . Keep aside for later use .
For dolma
Cut cabbage head carefully .
Boil cabbage in a deep pan in salted water with a lid for 15 minutes or till tender.
Put it in cold water
Take out or peel big cabbage leaves from cabbage head.
Take a big bowl add rice ,soya granules , onion , spring onion , carrot , salt , chilli flakes , and marinara sauce .
Mix it properly .Add salt and mix well .
Now spread a cabbage leaf
Place 2 table spoon soya rice mixture on it .
Now roll it tightly like spring roll.
Make all cabbage rolls like this.
Tie them with spring onion threads .
Now steam all rolls for 15 to 20 minutes or till tender and soft.
Now take out them and serve them hot with marinara sauce .
