ABOUT Chili fish RECIPE

Fish prepared with different sauces ,onion ,bell pepper .Hoes well with fried rice and noodles.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 onion made into pieces
  2. 1/2 green bell pepper cut into small pieces
  3. 250 Gram Fish pieces (Boneless)
  4. 1/2 Cup Maida
  5. 1/2 Cup Corn flour+ 1 tsp for the sauce
  6. 1 tsp Baking powder
  7. 7-8 tsp soya sauce
  8. 1 tsp pepper
  9. Salt
  10. Oil
  11. 5 tsp tomato sauce
  12. 1 tsp chili sauce
  13. 2-3 green chillies

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish into small pieces.
  2. Make a batter with corn flour, maida, baking powder, soy sauce,pepper,water and salt.
  3. Take oil in a pan.Dip the fish in batter and fry it,Once done,take it out from oil and put it on paper plate.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic, ginger and green chilly. Add soy sauce, chilly and tomato sauce to it.Fry onions,bell pepper and put in the mixture.
  5. Add cornflour mixture to the gravy and let it cook for sometime.
  6. Once it starts boiling,remove from fire and keep it.
