Soyachunks kheema Momos is very tasty and delicious dish which u can njoy at anytime. These Momos are not just tasty but its healthy too because it has Soyachunks n everyone knows Soyachunks has lot of Protein Value in it. I Have Used Whole Wheat Flour to Make These Momos Instead Of Maida / Refined Flour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredients for filling :
  2. 1 cup Soyachunks
  3. 1/2 cup whisked curd
  4. 1 Big Finally Chopped Onion
  5. 1 Big Finally Chopped Tomato
  6. 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
  7. 1 bayleaf
  8. 1 Black Paper
  9. 1 Cinnamon stick
  10. 1 Clove
  11. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  12. 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  13. 1/2 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  14. 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  15. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  16. 1/4 tsp asafotida
  17. 1 Tbsp Finally Chopped Coriander
  18. 1/2 Lemon juice
  19. Salt to taste
  20. oil
  21. Ingredients For Cover :
  22. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  23. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First Soaked the Soyachunks into Hot Water for 15 Minutes.
  2. Kneaded the Dough like we do for Chapaties & Covered it for a while.
  3. Drained the Water from Soyachunks & Coarsely Grinded it in a Mixer.
  4. Mixed Whisked Curd, 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder, & Some Salt into the Soyachunks Mixture & Marinated it for Half an Hour.
  5. Put Kadhai on a Gas & Poured 2 Tbsp Oil in it n heated it up.
  6. Then Added Chopped Onion, Ginger-Garlic Pest, Bayleaf, Cumin Seeds, Clove, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, & Fennel Seeds & Sauted the Onions on Golden Brown Colour.
  7. Then Added Finally Chopped Tomato & Sauted it till mixture Released its Oil.
  8. Then added Marinated Soyachunks Mixture, Red Chilli Powder, Kitchen King Masala, Tomato Sauce, Dhana-Jeera Powder, Chat Masala, Little Water, Salt to Taste & Mixed All the Mixture Well.
  9. Then Added Lemon Juice, Finally Chopped Coriander & Sauted the Kheema on Medium to Low Heat till gots Dry.
  10. Made Small Round Balls from Kneaded Dough & Made covers then Gave a Different Shapes to it like Momos filled it with Soyachunks kheema.
  11. Greased the Pressure Cooker Vessal by little Oil & Put the Momos in it.
  12. Removed the Vissel of Cooker Lid & Steamed the Momos on High Flame for 10 Minutes.
  13. Put the Momos into Serving Plate with Tomato Sauce & Served.
  14. "Soyachunks kheema Momos" are Ready to Eat.
