Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Cups of broccoli florets
  2. ¼ Tsp oil
  3. ¼ Tsp Italian herb mixture
  4. little black pepper powder
  5. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add broccoli, tossing often and cook for 2 to 4 minutes (remember, we dont want to cook till it gets tender or mushy, we want it crisp).
  3. Sprinkle some salt, Italian herb mix and black pepper powder. Toss well.
