Prawns cooked in Chilli garlic powder and tomato paste

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Prawns - 1/4 kg
  2. Dry Red Chilli - 2 to 3
  3. Garlic - 1
  4. Shallots - 3 to 4
  5. Tomato - 1
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tablespoon
  7. Saunf seeds - 1/4 tablespoon
  8. Butter - 2 tablespoon
  9. Salt - 1/4 tablespoon
  10. Curry leaves and Coriander leaves - handful

Instructions

  1. Dry roast red chilli,garlic and saunf seeds
  2. Grind it into powder and keep it aside
  3. Saute Shallots, Tomato, turmeric powder and salt
  4. Grind this into a fine paste
  5. Marinate Prawns with Chilli garlic powder and tomato paste
  6. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes
  7. Cook the Prawns in high flame with a tablespoon of butter for 10 to 12 minutes
  8. Garnish with Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
