ABOUT Cranberry and red chilly chutney RECIPE

I made it with dried cranberries but can be easily made with fresh ones

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dried cranberries....100 gramms
  2. Red whole dry chillies to taste
  3. Red kashmiri chilly powder...1/2 tea spoon
  4. Sugar....1 table spoon or to taste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cumin seed....1/2 tea spoon
  7. Mustard or sesame oil....1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak cranberries for one or two minutes, in a woke, heat oil to smoking point add cumin seed and Cranberries, one cup water, salt, red chilli powder and let it cook
  2. After few minutes add sugar and let it cook
  3. Cook.till required consistency.
  4. Store it in refrigerator, will go well for a month time
