Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cup soaked chana dal
  2. 1 ginger
  3. 2-3 green chillies
  4. Chopped green coriander leaves
  5. 1 tea spoon amchur powder
  6. 1 chopped onion
  7. 2 tea spoon red chili powder
  8. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Grinded fennel seeds

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind chana dal with ginger and green chillies
  2. Add all masala and chopped onion, green coriander leaves
  3. Make small flat vade
  4. Fry on medium flame
  5. Serve with green chutney and imli saunth
