Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mixed seasonal vegetables
  2. 2 tbsp split moong dal boiled
  3. 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  4. 1 tbsp vinegar
  5. Few strigs of lemon grass
  6. 4 cups Vegetable stock
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. Salt acc to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables in small size
  2. Chop the garlic
  3. Now take all the veggies in oven proof dish
  4. Season it with oil and salt
  5. Roast all the veggies for 30 mts at 200 degree temp.
  6. On the other side boil the stock with lemongrass and dal.
  7. Blend it well
  8. Now add sauce,vinegar and veggies.
  9. Serve it hot.
