Very easy to make these fritters lots of veggies in this a must try recipie

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Suji
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1/4 besan
  4. 1 tsp Chaat masala
  5. 1 cup veggies like carrot,onion,corns,shimla mirch (finely chopped)
  6. salt accd to taste
  7. red chilli powder accd to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add suji and curd mix it well
  2. Add all finely chopped onions,carrots,corns,shimla mirch mix it well
  3. Add salt,red chilli powder mix it well
  4. Deep fry these fritters till it comes golden colour sprinkle chaat masala on it and serve it with hot tea and coffee
