Today "Jai Ki Rasoi Se" has churned out a very common dish from the never ending menu of a "Dhaba". This dish is very popular in India and it's neighbouring countries. It's called "Jeera Rice in Dhaba Style"

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Cook Rice (Paka Huwa Chawal) - 250 grams
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lasoon Paste) - 1 Table Spoon
  3. Finely Sliced Onion (Barik Kati Pyaz) - Medium Size
  4. Black Cumin Seeds (Shahi Jeera) - 1 Tea Spoon
  5. Slit Green Chilies (Kati Hari Mirch) - 2 to 3
  6. Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) - 1 Tea Spoon
  7. Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) - 1 Tea Spoon
  8. Finely Chopped Curry Leave (Barik Kata Curry Patta) - 10 to 15
  9. Oil - As Per Requirement
  10. Salt (Namak) - According to Taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in frying non-stick pan or kadai, once the oil is hot add the black cumin seeds, finely chopped curry leaves and slit green chillies. Cook them till the oil get the flavour of these spices
  2. Add finely sliced onion and cook till they become light golden brown
  3. Now add other ingrideints like ginger garlic past, cumin & black pepper powder and season it with salt according to taste
  4. Finally add the cooked rice. Mix and cook for 2 minutes
  5. Now the dish is ready can be served
