Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1. Small pack of Ragi Vercimelli
  2. 2. Salt As per taste
  3. 3. Sliced green chillles
  4. 4.1 Sliced onion
  5. 5. Grated coconut( optional )
  6. 6. Oil for tempering
  7. 7. Musterd seeds and channa dal for tempering

Instructions

  1. Take a pack of ragi vercimelli and add hot water and soak it for min and drain it completely.
  2. Now steam the vercimelli for 10 mins in a steamer
  3. After steaming transfer it to a plate and cool down
  4. Take a kadai add oil and temper with the other ingredients except coconut and add salt per your taste
  5. After onions turn golden brown add our vercimelli and staue for few more mins.
  6. At last add the grated coconut and give a stir and enjoy the divine dish
