This is a very healthy recipe, which is soo easy n made in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1) Ragi flour- 1 cup
  2. 2) onion chopped finely-one big
  3. 3) peanuts crushed-2 tbsp
  4. 4)salt to taste
  5. 5) greenchilly, coriander leaves n curry leaves chopped finely_ one tbsp each
  6. 6)butter to smear around the dosa- 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1- Take the ragi flour in a vessel,add salt,all chopped ingredients, peanuts crushed,mix well everything,add water lil by lil,and make a dough consistency ( lil softer than chapathi dough).
  2. 2- Heat a tawa,take a big ball sized dough n pat it on the tawa with your palm,as thin as possible, smear butter ,and keep closed n cook on medium flame, for 2 minutes,then flip over.
  3. 3 serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
