Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Farfalle(pasta )1 cup
  2. Bucatini(pasta) 1/4 cup
  3. Spinach leaves chopped 1 cup
  4. Cheese 1 cup
  5. Chopped Carrot 1
  6. Chopped zucchini 1
  7. Chopped onion 1
  8. Chopped Garlic 4 pieces
  9. Corn 1 tbsp
  10. Chilly flakes 1 tsp
  11. Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  12. salt as needed
  13. Olive oil 2 tbsp+ for boiling pastas
  14. Some chopped Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. In a large pot seperately boil farfalle and bucatini with salt and 1 tbsp oil
  2. When done place both under tap water. Drain and seive in colander.
  3. In a nonstick pan heat 1 tbsp oil and saute onion till transparent. Saute 2 chopped garlic for few seconds.
  4. Add the spinach and sauté, stirring, until completely wilted, about 3 minutes. Add the salt and pepper and continue sautéing for about 2 minutes more.
  5. Add 1/2 cup of cheese ,mix well and let it cool.
  6. When cool place spinach mixture in blender with half cup of warm water and blend it.
  7. Now transfer this puree in same pan and add half of boiled and drainded farafalle in it.
  8. Mix well and switch on the gas and cook till all water dries.
  9. In other pan heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté 2 chopped garlic for few seconds.
  10. Ad corns and cook for few seconds. Ad chopped zucchini, chopped carrot and lighty sauté it.
  11. Ad remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and another half of boiled and drained farfalle, mix well.
  12. Ad boiled bucatini and cook on high flame for 1 minute with continue stirring.
  13. Now ad spinach farafalle and mix very well ,cook for few second.
  14. When everything mixes well, switch off the flame. Sprinkle chilly flakes and some chopped coriander leaves.
  15. Serve immediately.
