Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 packet Maggie Pasta
  2. 1 onion ,tomato
  3. 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. 2 tsp butter
  5. 2 tsp all purpose flour
  6. 1/2 cup tomato paste
  7. 1 cup milk
  8. 1 tsp red chilli ,coariander,turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp mixed dried herb
  10. 1 cup grated chesse
  11. 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  12. 1 egg

Instructions

  1. 3 cup water and add maggie pasta with seasoning cook it till all water dries and pasta cook to 80% then keep it aside.
  2. Take another pan add butter and then add all purpose flour cook it for 2 min then add milk and stir it nicely to avoid lumps then cook it till it thicken then add salt to taste, mix dried herbs and chesse and turn off gas your chesse sauce is ready..
  3. Take another pan add 2 tsp oil and add garlic paste then add finely chopped onion and stir it till light brown then add tomato and cook it till soft then add tomato paste and cook it for 5 min till all comes then add powdered spices ,salt and mix well ..
  4. Now gresse Pie mould and place cooked pasta in base then top it with tomato sauce and then top it with chesse sauce and add one beaten egg in chesse sauce and then pour it ,Garnish it with bread crumbs and mix dried herb seasoning.
  5. Bake it for 12 min at 180.
