Thus is a kerala style preparation which i learnt from my friend priya.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1-Ladies finger/ bindi_10 -12
  2. 2-Onion_ one medium
  3. 3-Chopped green chillies, ginger and garlic_ one tsp each
  4. 4-curryleaves_ 2 strings
  5. 5-tomato_ one medium
  6. 6-chilli powder_ one tbsp
  7. 7-salt as required
  8. 8-curd (well beaten)_one cup
  9. 9- oil to deep fry
  10. 10- for seasoning,one tsp mustard, curry leaves,nd 2 whole red chillies.

Instructions

  1. Chop bindis in round shape, apply salt,keep for 10 mins, n deep fry in oil till Crispy.
  2. Take a kadai,add 2 tbsp oil,splutter mustard seeds, curryleavs,and one redchilli, then add one onion chopped gingr garlic nd greenchilly chopped,when light brown,add redchilli powder, chopped tomatoe,nd salt , cook well, then add beaten curd.mix well,take care,not to boil the curd,just switch off the flame when it just heats.
  3. Add the fried okra pieces, just 10 minutes before serving,as it will remain lil crispy till the end.
