Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 grm besan
  2. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  3. 1 tso Carom seeds
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  6. A pinch of turmeric powder
  7. 1 TBSP RED CHILI POWDER
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp
  9. Oil 1 1/2 tbsp + frying more
  10. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a mixing bowl or big plate add besan, wheat flour, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds, red chili powder, salt, turmeric and oil mix it well and add water and knead a daugh
  2. Like this type of daugh
  3. Now divide the daugh in small parts and make small size of balls
  4. Then dust some flaur on surface and roll it with roller and roll it thin papdi and roll more papdi and spread it on a cloth for 15-20 min
  5. Then take a heavy bottom pan or kadai and heat it and pour the oil for frying on high flame
  6. And fry papdi on high flame till golden
  7. And flip it and fry also another side golden and take out it on a plate
  8. Not take to much time in kadai other wise it will be burn fry it for few seconds both side and spread it on a plate and when it will be cool down so keep it on a air tight jar
