Irani kebab is very delicious appetizer made from leftover chicken.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 1/2 cup leftover boiled chicken
  2. 1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  3. 1 chopped onion
  4. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  6. 1 tablespoon chopped Mint
  7. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  8. 1 teaspoon green chili paste
  9. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  11. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  12. 1/4 teaspoon turmirc powder
  13. 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Wooden skewers
  16. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. take a mixer grinder add boiled chicken and grind it to make mince .
  2. Add this mince in a big bowl and add boiled potatoes, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, coriander, mint, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, soya sauce and mix them well.
  3. set aside above mixture for 15 minutes for marination.
  4. soak the wooden skewers for 15 minutes in water.
  5. divide the mixture in equal portions and spread each portion onto a skewer creating a uniformly flattened shape around each skewer.
  6. Heat oil in frying pan and shallow fry it properly from both sides on low flame.
  7. garnish these tasty Irani kebab with rice or chutney of your choice.
