When we make ghee at home lots of buttermilk is left. So let's try this.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 glass leftover buttermilk (mattha )
  2. 1 glass milk
  3. 1 spoon lemon juice (if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a souce pan, put buttermilk and milk bring it to boil.
  2. Once boiling you will see milk is curdle.
  3. If milk is not curdle than add lemon juice.
  4. Than turn off the gas and strain and wash with running water and again strain it.
