Veg tikki rice burgar is good in taste and a tasty makeover from leftover veggis and rice

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over rice 1 cup
  2. Left over , Mix veg 1 cup
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1 table spoon butter
  5. 1 table spoon semolina
  6. 1/2 spoon cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  8. 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  9. chaat masala for Sprinkle

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add cooked leftover mix veg
  2. Add semolina, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and garam masala
  3. Add salt as required Mix it well and rest for 5 minuts
  4. Then make a round shape tikki with this dough
  5. Heat a tava and fry the tikki from both sides.
  6. In a bowl add salt in cooked leftover rice and took it into a small Greased bowl and give a shape like a tikki by pressing gently
  7. Heat a tava and Greased with butter and fry the rice tikki from both sides
  8. Put the veg tikki in middle of rice tikkies and Sprinkle chaat masala enjoy the rice tikki burger
