ABOUT Chapati sandwich RECIPE

Great recipe for breakfast or just snacking. We can use all possible leftover one has.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 nos leftover chappattis
  2. 2 tbps grated cheese
  3. 2 nos eggs
  4. 2 tbps Leftover vegetables (any veggie)
  5. 2 tbps Leftover chicken shredded
  6. Pepper and salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp Chilly flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except chapattis
  2. Heat tava on slow flame
  3. Place one chappatti on the tava
  4. Now pour some prepared mixture over the chappatti.
  5. Put ghee or butter on the edges of the chappatti
  6. Now place another chappatti over the one in the tava and cook fir a minute.
  7. Now flip both the chappattis and cook for sometime. In the same way put some ghee or butter on the edges
  8. Once its done from inside it slightly rise fluffy
  9. Remove from tava and cut into pieces with pizza cutter or knife
  10. Serve hot with ketchup
