Paratha with the r taste of tangy panipuri

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Leftover panipuri's pudina pani
  2. Whole wheat flour 2 1/2 cup
  3. Chat masala 1tspoon
  4. Few fresh mint leaves
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Oil

Instructions

  1. For paratha dough: Take a large bowl and add wheat flour / atta, chat masala, salt and 1tspoon oil.
  2. Use panipuri's pudina water to knead soft dough.
  3. After kneading a smooth dough, cover it and rest it for 15-20 mins. Then divide it in equal ball sized portions.
  4. Dust rolling board with wheat flour and roll it in a circle.
  5. Now roast this rolled paratha on a hot Tawa as usual normal paratha.
  6. Serve it with your favorite subji. Tangy and tasty paratha is ready to enjoy
