ABOUT potato n rice crisp RECIPE

this dish is delicious and easy to make at anytime. it is a perfect snack for kids and party starter.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For potato mixture
  2. 1 cup left over shredded boiled potatoes
  3. corn flour 2 tbsp
  4. fine chopped green chilli 1 tsp
  5. roasted n crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. oil for roasting
  8. for rice mixture
  9. leftover rice 1/2 cup
  10. gram flour 2 tbsp
  11. chopped carrot 2 tbsp
  12. chopped French beans 2 tbsp
  13. chopped cabbage 2 tbsp
  14. chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  15. chopped green chilli 2 piece
  16. grated ginger 1/2 tsp
  17. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  18. red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  19. garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  20. salt to taste
  21. sour curd 2 tbsp
  22. oil for roasting
  23. other ingredients
  24. green chutney
  25. chaat masala for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. for potato mixture
  2. take a bowl, add shredded potato, chilli, cumin seeds and salt in it. mix it properly.
  3. take a portion of potato mixture in your palm , flatten it and put it on a pan.
  4. sprinkle some oil and roast it on low flame from both sides until become crisp and light brown.
  5. take out all the potato rounds and switch off the flame. keep these potato round aside .
  6. now take another bowl, add leftover rice, besan, ginger, chilli, cabbage, French beans and carrot in it.
  7. now all masala, coriander and sour curd in the bowl . mix it properly.
  8. now take small portions from the rice mixture, make small patti of it, and roast it in a pan on low flame.
  9. sprinkle some oil and roast it from both side until crisp.
  10. now switch off the flame,take out it in another plate.
  11. now place the roasted potato crisp on the pan on low flame, apply green chutney over the potato crisp.
  12. then put rice Patti over the green chutney .
  13. sprinkle some cheese on the top and roast it on low heat for 3 to 4 minuets until the cheese melts.
  14. switch off the flame and sprinkle some chaat masala.
  15. serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
