ABOUT Baked potato RECIPE

Healthy potato recipe that is baked and not fried.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Potatoes
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  4. 1 tsp oregeno
  5. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  6. 2 tablespoon butter
  7. Chopped Coriander
  8. 2 tableapoon mozzrela cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients (Salt, chilli powder, oregeno, garlic powder).
  2. Make cuts in potatoes at a small gap.
  3. Coat potatoes with melted butter.
  4. Pour dry mixture over the potatoes. Try to coat all potato.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and coriander over the top of potatoes.
  6. Bake them at 180° for 25 min. (Or accirding to your microwave heat settings.)
  7. Baked potatoes are ready. Serve with any sauce of your choice.
