Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1/2 litre
  2. Egg 2
  3. Leftover bread 2 piece
  4. Sugar 8 tablespoon
  5. Cocoa powder 4 tablespoon
  6. Vanilla essence 5 drops
  7. Oil 1 tablespoon
  8. Cashew nuts 8
  9. Pistas 4
  10. Almonds 10
  11. Walnut 6

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk
  2. Add leftover bread and sugar.
  3. After it becomes semi cold add 2 eggs cocoa powder amd vanilla esssence and mix well.
  4. Grease a tight container with oil and pour the mixture in it.
  5. Put a kadai with water on tbe flame.
  6. Put a stand inside it.
  7. When the water starts to boil put the tight container on the stand and cover the kadai and put it on low flame for 30 mins.
  8. Then cool the container for some time.
  9. After it has cooled put it in the fridge for 30 mins.
  10. Then take it out and decorate with cashew almonds and walnuts.
