Its a simple snack.easy to make and very tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs -2
  2. Potatoes mashed - 1/2 cup
  3. Sweet corns - 1 tbsp
  4. Onion chopped - 1 tbsp
  5. Salt - acc.to taste
  6. Black pepper - acc to taste
  7. Garam masala - 1/ 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs. Peel them.
  2. Cut horizontally or vertically. Take out the boiled yolk.
  3. Now make a batter with mixing mashed potatoes and boiled egg yolks.
  4. Add salt, pepper, corns, onion and masala.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Make small balls according to size of boiled cut egg.
  7. Put it in the egg basket.
  8. And bake or microwave it for 5 min.
  9. Potatoes yolks are ready to eat and can be served with sauce
