Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. coriander coriander powder 20 grams
  2. coconut powder one big spoon
  3. water 1/4 cup
  4. khaskhas 30 gram
  5. Magaj 10 gram
  6. oil one tablespoon
  7. almond chopped

Instructions

  1. firstly in a large kadahi heat.
  2. roasted the coriander powder
  3. then add a roasted the khus khus for one minute
  4. and grind the mixer grinder and make a fine paste
  5. then add a mask roasted a few seconds
  6. now in kadai take half cup sugar and 1/4 Cup water dissolve sugar completely and boil for 4-5 minutes
  7. check for one string consistency of sugar syrup
  8. now add Mawa mix it well

  10. now at the prepared over coriander, magaj,khus khus mixer powder
  11. now add the coconut powder
  12. stir well making sure the sugar syrup mixed uniformly and thickens.
  13. transfer The prepared dough into greased plate
  14. now top with few Almonds and coconut powder
  15. now unmol and cut into square pieces finally serve coriander Barfi
