I always end up with half biscuit packets lying in boxes.This time it was the maska chadka biscuit which had lost its crunchiness too.Came up with this amazing quick fix

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 500 grms
  2. Ginger garlic chillie paste 2 tbsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Pepper to taste
  5. Coriander pwdr 1 tbsp
  6. 2 green chillies
  7. 12 to 15 maska chaska biscuits
  8. Amul garlic butter 50 grms
  9. Garlic pods 3 to 4
  10. Zeera 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take the maska chaska biscuits
  2. Grind the biscuit to a fine powder and set aside
  3. Boil the chicken along with the ginger garlic green chillie paste, salt,pepper,dhania pwdr & 2 chillies.Add 2 cups of water and reserve the stock.
  4. Just give 1 whistle if boiling in chicken
  5. Take the garlic butter and when it melts add the whole zeera and the garlic and fry till golden
  6. Add the maska chaska owder and fry till golden brown
  7. Add pepper pwdr
  8. Add the boiled chicken and saute for 5 mins
  9. Add the stock and let the chicken simmer
  10. Once the gravy thickens garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and finely sliced chillies
  11. Serve with fresh Roti or enjoy as it is.
  12. This is a very quick and yummy recipe to make in a jiffy and use all left over salty biscuits.Dont worry if the biscuits loose their crunchiness,
