Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 2cup leftover biryani
  2. 2cup fine chop spinach
  3. 1 cup Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  4. ½ cup Green Peas
  5. 1/2cup chopped onion
  6. ¼ cup Capsicum(chopped DC)
  7. 2 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  8. 2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
  9. 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
  10. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  11. ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  12. 2 tsp Chopped Coriander
  13. 1 cup Paneer (grated)
  14. 1/2 cup Greated Cheese
  15. ½ tsp Black Pepper
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Mint and Coriander Chutney
  18. 1 cup Mint Leaves (Chopped)
  19. ½ cup Coriander leaves (dhania patta)
  20. 1 Green chili (chopped)
  21. ½ wedge Lemon (juiced)
  22. Pinch of Black/Regular salt

Instructions

  1. 1. To take all the ingredients in a bowl, adjust the seasoning & combine well.
  2. 2. Shape the bom into rounds & make a small dent in the center with your thumb and inside fill cheese and shaped into round again look like bom shape.
  3. 3.Now dip these in a thin batter made with flour & water, then coat in bujiya sev or bread crum or bombino sev anyone, at this point the tikkis should look like a bom.
  4. 4.Now heat oil in pan & shallow fry till golden Or You also use deep fry.
  5. 5. In the mean time, prepare the green chutney by mixing all the chutney ingredients in a mixer.
  6. 6. Serve hot with ketchup & green chutney or flavor Hong curd.
