ABOUT Paneer stuffed Potato butter mashala from leftover butter paneer RECIPE

These potatoes are stuffed with leftover paneer of butter paneer mashala and cooked in the leftover greavy. A lovely makeover of a delicious leftover dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover butter paneer mashala with greavy - had 6-7 pieces of paneer and about 1 cup full of the greavy
  2. Boiled medium size Potatoes 4
  3. Kasuri methi 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Salt as required
  6. Chopped green cilli 1 or 2
  7. Chopped fresh coriander
  8. Mix vegetables mashala powder 1/2 teaspoon (or any other of your choice)
  9. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Take the leftover butter paneer mashala and separate the paneer pieces.
  2. Pill boiled potatoes and cut into 2 pieces
  3. Now scoop potatoes with a spoon in the middle portion and make space or whole for stuffing
  4. Rub with salt
  5. Deep fry the potatoes remove from oil and keep aside.
  6. Now make the stuffing- in a mixing bowl take paneer pieces and all mashala along with the scooped boiled potatoes extract (don't waste this)
  7. Mash properly . Now in 1 teaspoon oil stir it for few minutes on medium low flame.
  8. Stuffing is ready. Now take the separated greavy of butter paneer mashala
  9. In a kadai heat the greavy add little water and salt if needed. Heat until it boils. Reduce the volume and make it thick. Then stuff the potatoes with the stuffing
  10. Pour the stuffing in the fried boiled potatoes and carefully add to the greavy so that the open sides of potatoes should not deep in the greavy.
  11. Cover it and cook for about 5 minutes on medium low flame.
  12. Switch off the flame. Leave it for few minutes.
  13. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and serve.
