ABOUT Grilled roti roll RECIPE

Roti is complete meal, and if it is left, generally no body want to eat it, so this is very healthy and easy way to reuse it!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rotis 2
  2. Cottage cheese cubes 3/4 cup
  3. Finely chopped onion 1
  4. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  5. Paprika 1/2 tsp
  6. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  7. Grated cheese 1 tbsp
  8. Oil 1 tbsp
  9. butter for brushing
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in non stick pan and saute onion till transparent.
  2. Saute ginger garlic paste for few seconds.
  3. Ad cubed paneer, oregano, paprika and salt.
  4. Ad 1/4 cup water, cover the lid and cook till water dries. Switch off the flame.
  5. Take roti, put some paneer mixture ,sprinkle some grated cheese and fold it
  6. Heat butter in grill toaster and Grill rotils till 1 minute.
  7. Serve with ketchup
