Delicious healthy Maharashtrian traditional Ragi flour laddus, prepared from left over gulab jamun sugar syrup ( Chasani) came out perfect without any wastage

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ragi or Nachani flour 1 cup
  2. Whole Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Gulab Jamun Sugar syrup 2 cups
  4. Dry fruits chopped as per need
  5. Ghee 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat left over gulab jamun chasani or sugar syrup and keep aside
  2. In a heavy bottom pan , heat ghee and add ragi flour and whole wheat flour . Roast till changes colour and nice aroma starts coming
  3. Now add gulab jamun chasani and chopped dry fruits to roasted flour .
  4. Mix well on heat till mixture becomes uniform
  5. Let the mixture cool for sometime and then prepare Laddu and garnish as you like
  6. Enjoy endlessly healthy calcium rich , Gud Papadi Laddus , anytime
  7. These traditional Laddus are very tasty , flavourful and Healthily yum and all ages .
