My Crazy Cupcakes recipe is so easy and a real game changer. These crazy cupcakes are a sight to behold and perfect for any PARTY. This recipe is one of my favorites as it so simple and tasty. These Tutty Fruity cupcakes once baked taste so delicious. We are often left over of bread at home this recipe is like giving make over to the Bread. Must try for people who are crazy of Baking !

Ingredients Serving: 12

  1. Curd 1/2 Cup
  2. Sugar fine powder 3/4 Cup
  3. 1 tsp Baking Powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Soda
  5. 1 & 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  6. 1/2 Cup Rava ( Semolina)
  7. 1/2 Cup Milk
  8. 1/4 Cup Oil
  9. 3 tsp Chopped Cashew
  10. 3 tsp Tutty Fruity
  11. 1 tsp Pineapple Essence

Instructions

  1. Making Bread Crumbs - Slice the corner of bread and remove it.Grind the white part of bread. Fresh finely coarsed bread crumbs are now ready.
  2. In a bowl add Curd, Powdered Sugar, Baking Powder and Soda. Mix well till it all combines.
  3. Add the Bread Crumbs, Rava (Semolina), Milk, Oil, Cashew, Tutty Fruity, Pineapple Essence. Mix everything together and consistency should not be very thick or liquidy.
  4. Add this batter to each molds and bake for about 35-40 mins at 180*C.
  5. Cupcakes are now ready to eat. They smell heavenly once out of baking room.
  6. Garnish with Tutty Fruity and ENJOY !
