Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sookhi or daal with gravy...1 bowl
  2. Spinach....finely chopped...1 bowl
  3. Salt and green chillies to taste
  4. Desi ghee as required

Instructions

  1. Put everything except ghee in a cooker
  2. Give pressure cooking to 4 or 5 whistles
  3. Open the cooker and mash nicely with badhani or ladle
  4. Serve with ghee on top
