ABOUT Beef Stew With Bamboo Shoots RECIPE

Beef stew with bamboo shoot is a traditional naga beef curry made with fresh beef meat. It is a naga cuisine from the state of Nagaland. It is a zero oil dish. It is a very popular and soulful dish served in many occasions and day to day meal. The meat is cooked with chillies, bamboo shoot, ginger, garlic and mustard greens. I have pressure cooked the meat bur one can cook in a pot over gas top. It is a very delicious and scrumptious dish, perfect with piping hot steam rice.
