Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mandua flour....1 cup
  2. Wheat flour....1 cup
  3. Salt and ajwain to taste
  4. Sugar....1/2 tea spoon
  5. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough from both the flours.mixed with salt and ajwain, give 10.minutes rest to it
  2. Make balls out of the dough, flatten it and make pooris
  3. Heat oil and make fluffy and crispy pooris
  4. Serve with achar or any sabji.
  5. Crispy poori
