Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken 2(cut into 4pieces)
  2. Curd 1cup
  3. Cream 2tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste ,2tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder 2tsp
  6. Tandoori chicken masala 2tbsp
  7. Chaat masala 1tbsp
  8. Roasted jeera powder 1tsp
  9. Black salt 1tsp
  10. Vinegar 2tbsp
  11. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  12. Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
  13. Red colour 1/4tsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take curd in a bowl and add cream
  2. Add ginger garlic paste
  3. Add red chilli powder
  4. Add jeera powder
  5. Add salt to taste
  6. Add tandoori chicken masala
  7. Add black salt
  8. Add Chaat masala powder
  9. Add black pepper powder
  10. Add garam masala powder
  11. Add colour
  12. Add vinegar
  13. Mix everything properly
  14. Keep the marinade aside
  15. Make deep slits in chicken
  16. Dip in marinade and covet on all sides
  17. Massage the marinade properly on chicken
  18. Marinate overnight
  19. Then put in a deep Kadhai and boil till the water evaporates and masala coats the chicken
  20. Add a little oil in a pan and fry the chicken on both sides
  21. Serve with spicy green chutney and salad
